Larry is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant with over 43 years of accounting and auditing experience. As Managing Partner, he provides accounting, tax, operating and consulting services to the service industry, government contractors, construction contractors, commercial and residential real estate developers.

His industry experience includes working as a chief financial officer and controller of real estate and construction firms. In these roles, he negotiated joint venture equity and operating agreements and obtained new land development, construction and permanent financing. In addition, he managed all accounting, tax and administrative functions; streamlined operations and designed and prepared cash flow, job cost and management reports. He has also managed the purchase, installation and conversion of a number of complex computer accounting systems. Larry was an auditor for several years with Price Waterhouse. He also taught accounting principles at James Madison University. Larry was a partner of the accounting and business consulting firm Offutt Childers & Putman, P.C. and a partner in the regional accounting firm of Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P.  Larry was named a "Super CPA" four times by Virginia Business Magazine in the Small Business Consulting practice area.

Larry was a former high school science teacher, football and basketball coach and more recently coached select basketball and house league basketball for both boys' and girls' basketball teams for Vienna Youth, Inc.

Larry received a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia while playing wide receiver and safety on a football scholarship under future NFL coaches Marv Levy (NFL Hall of Fame), Bobby Ross and Larry Peccatellio and is a member of his high school sports Hall of Fame. Larry has done graduate work in accounting at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He is a Virginia Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant and is a member of the Virginia Society of  Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA).

Larry has been married for 49 years to Marilyn, also a W&M grad, and has a daughter who is a Florida State graduate and is currently a music teacher and flute performer and has a son who is a VA Tech graduate and is also a CPA.
